Questions about an injury or medical care
Sometimes families have questions about how an injury happened, or about the medical care involved. Speaking with a lawyer can help you understand whether you have options. If the injury happened in childhood, time limits for legal claims can work differently, so it may not be too late to ask.
Advocating for Better is an initiative of Neinstein LLP, a personal injury law firm. If you would like to talk, you can request a conversation. Your request goes to our Director of Community Engagement, who will connect you with the firm's intake team. Please do not send medical records here. If they are needed, the intake team will ask for them later.

Requesting a conversation is free and does not create a lawyer and client relationship. Organizations listed on this site do not endorse Neinstein LLP.
